Terms of Service

1. What this is
Can't Ban Me is a home for original creators whose content got removed, flagged or suspended when it shouldn't have been. Platforms get it wrong all the time — edgy comedy, crude animation and satire get caught in filters built for something else. We welcome gray-area content here, and we help you appeal, re-cut and learn how to keep your work up elsewhere.
Gray area doesn't mean anything goes. Section 5 covers what's never allowed.
2. Who can use it
You must be 13 or older to make an account. Some content on the site may be for adults only, and you must be 18 or older to view it. By signing up, you confirm you meet these ages.
3. Your content stays yours
You own what you upload. By uploading, you give us permission to store it, show it on the site, and share it within the site, so we can do what the site does. You can delete your content at any time. You're confirming that what you upload is yours, or that you have the right to post it.
4. What's welcome
Original work that a platform removed or restricted, including crude or dark comedy, adult humour, satire, animation, commentary, and content flagged by mistake.
5. Never allowed
- Anything illegal
- Any sexual or nude content involving minors, or anyone who looks like a minor, including drawings, cartoons and animation
- Sharing intimate images of anyone without their consent
- Real threats, or encouraging violence against real people
- Targeted harassment, or posting someone's private details
- Content you don't own or have the right to post
- Spam, scams or harmful files
- Pretending to be someone else
6. We review everything
Uploads are checked before they go public. We can decline or remove any content, or suspend any account, at any time, for any reason, including breaking these terms. We don't promise any content will stay up forever.
7. Our help isn't a guarantee
We share appeal steps, platform rules and editing tips to help you. We're not connected to TikTok, YouTube or any other platform, and we can't promise an appeal will succeed.
8. Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
9. Reporting content
If something on the site is yours, breaks these terms, or involves you without your consent, contact us through the Contact page and we'll look at it quickly.
10. Limits
The site is provided as it is. We're not responsible for losses from using it, from content other people post, or from the site being unavailable.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make big changes, we'll let you know on the site.
12. Where these terms apply
These terms follow the laws of Ontario, Canada.
